1. Booking & Payment 50% of the photography session fee is required to reserve the session and will be charged upon confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid within 2 hours after the session via a payment link provided by us. If the remaining payment is not received within 2 hours, photo editing will not begin and the material will not be delivered. 2. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling more than 12 hours before the session: free of charge. Rescheduling within 12 hours before the session: a 10% fee of the session price applies. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows: 100% of the initial payment applies; this first payment is non-refundable. 4. Service Area Photography sessions are only available within the Milan metropolitan area. 5. Material Use & Consent By booking the session, clients agree that photos may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by the photographer. Delivery & Session Details Packages include the agreed number of edited photos, optional extras, and delivery times as described in the package. Any additional requests or services will be quoted separately. 8. Acceptance of Terms By booking a photography session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including payment rules and consent for promotional use.
