Includes: 2 high-quality 3D renders of a single room. Realistic materials, textures, and lighting. Furnished and staged interior design visualization. Composition optimized to showcase space and functionality. Delivered in high-resolution digital format, ready for listings or presentations. The final renders will be delivered within 4 business days after booking confirmation. 50% after booking confirmation, the remaining 50% after the session. The final images will initially be provided in low resolution with a watermark. The high-resolution, watermark-free versions will be delivered only after the remaining 50% payment of the project has been completed. Services are available exclusively within the Milano Metropolitan area. Requests outside this zone are not currently offered. Renders can be created in two ways: I can visit the apartment in person to assess the space, or I can work remotely using measurements, floor plans, and photos provided by customer.
Política de cancelación
1. Booking & Information Clients must provide accurate and complete property details in the booking form. Additional information, such as floor plans and photos, is required to ensure high-quality results. 2. Payments 50% of the virtual staging renders fee is required to reserve the session and will be charged upon confirmation. The remaining 50% must be paid after we deliver the low-resolution images with watermark via a payment link. High-resolution images will only be delivered once the remaining payment has been received. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling is not available as the images are delivered within 4 days of the booking date. 4. Cancellations Cancellations are only available within 1 hour of booking. After this time, no cancellations or refunds are possible, as work begins immediately upon confirmation. 5. Tolerance / Waiting Time If the client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide necessary information, Milano Rental Visuals reserves the right to complete the project. 6. Scope of Work Services include the creation of 3D renders and virtual staging as agreed in the selected package. The client is responsible for providing accurate property measurements and details. 7. Usage Rights Milano Rental Visuals retains the right to use all images and renders for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the visuals solely for rental listings and promotional material for their property. 8. Delivery Standard delivery time is 4 days after booking (unless express delivery is purchased).
